Arrived at Philadelphia, Pa, Sept. 11, 1728, on the ship James Goodwill.

CHRISTOPHER BAYER

With his sons Andrew and Henry, together
with his nephew George, and a relative, John Philip Beyer, and their
wives, arrived at Philadelphia, Sept. 11, 1731, on the ship Pennsylvania
Merchant. They settled in Frederick Twp., Montg. Co., PA.

Age 33, John Adam Beyer, aged 30, Joseph
Beyer, aged 19, and four children, arrived at Philadelphia, Sept. 21, 1731,
from London, England, on the ship Brittania. Evidently Palatinates.

Bayer and wife Anna, arrived at Philadelphia, Sept. 19, 1732, on the

Philadelphia, Pa., Sept. 5, 1738, on the ship Winter Galley. They settled
in Berks and Carbon Counties.

Son of Andreas, served as a private in the American Revolutionary Army
from 8-10-1780 to 9-9-1780 (Capt. Ludwigs Co., 6th Batn., Capt. Mosers Co. 1777, Line Mont. Co.).

REVEREND SAMUEL HERBERT BOYER, D.D.

  Is ordained as an Episcopal Priest in Colombus, Ohio and served
at several churches in Ohio before serving at Saint Paul’s Church in Philadelphia and founding the
Church of the Holy Spirit in Philadelphia, PA.

FRANCIS BUCKNER BOYER

Is ordained as an Episcopal Priest and later becomes Rector of the Church of Our Savior in
Middleboro, MA in 1914 and takes a leave of absence in 1915 with the American Ambulance Corp in France during World War I.
